JUNE 21st-Section of First Street will be closed beginning June 21st at 9am and will re-open June 22nd at 2am. Streets effected are 1st Street between Cincinnati & Boston and Boston between 1st & Archer on June 21st.

BABIES & CHILDREN

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA requires every person who enters the theater, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Booster seats for young ones are available. Changing tables are available in PAC.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is a classic that is great for the whole family.   Due to the length of the show, Celebrity Attractions recommends it for audiences 8 years and older.  This is only to be used as a suggestion for you and your child.  Each child is different and attending this show should be decided by the parent or guardian.

CAMERAS

Taking photos (with or without flash) and videos, or recording an event in any manner is prohibited. The taking of flash photographs may be dangerous for the performers. Recorders, cameras and cell phones with built-in cameras and other recording devices may be confiscated.

COAT CHECK & BINOCULARS

You may check your coat in the 3rd Street lobby of Chapman Music Hall for $.50 per item.
“Rhinoculars” are available for rent in the 3rd Street lobby. The rental cost is $5. For security, patrons must also leave a credit card or driver’s license.

CONCESSIONS

Soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, water and a variety of candy are available for purchase in the PAC lobbies. Candy, bottled soft drinks and water with screw-top lids are allowed in all our theaters. The PAC has excellent acoustics. Please unwrap candy before a performance starts or during intermission.

LOST & FOUND

Should you misplace anything while at the PAC, please check with an usher or House Manager. If your item cannot be located before you leave the premises, or if you don’t know something is missing until later, you may call the PAC at (918) 596-7122. Items found in the theater are kept at the front desk in our administrative office, which is accessed from Second Street.

PAC HOURS

The PAC administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. It is accessible from the Second Street entrance to the PAC. The PAC ticket office is open from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is located on Third Street. Doors to the main Third Street entrance are not open before 10 a.m. each day.

PROGRAMS

The PAC provides a free program magazine, INTERMISSION, to patrons who will attend THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.  Also, THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA will also sell merchandise in the lobby areas that include a special PHANTOM OF THE OPERA souvenir program.

PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

HEARING DEVICES AND SIGNED INTERPRETATION

Headsets for the Sennheiser infrared hearing assistance system can be checked out with a driver's license. The devices may be picked up at the Coat Check in the Third Street Lobby.

THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA will be Saturday, June 28th at 2:00. Patrons may call the PAC at (918) 596-7109 regarding tickets for this signed interpretation.


TELECOMMUNICATION DEVICE FOR THE DEAF

Tickets may be ordered using the Telecommunication Device for the Deaf/Teletypewriter by calling (918) 596-7211.

HANDICAPPED SEATING AND PARKING

Ticket buyers who would like wheelchair-accessible seating should purchase tickets by calling (918) 596-7109 and mention their request at time of ticket purchase. Wheelchair accessible seating may be requested in writing when purchasing tickets online at MyTicketOffice.com. Handicapped parking is located on the street level of the parking garage near the PAC elevators. Use the south elevator to reach Chapman Music Hall.

SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted in the PAC. Also, please be aware that many people are allergic to cologne and perfume.

WHAT TO WEAR

Very few events held at the PAC are formal. The level of dress is generally casual to business casual. Your comfort is our uppermost concern. Some patrons enjoy dressing up. Others are most comfortable in jeans. Rest assured, you will see a little of everything.

WHEN TO ARRIVE ARRIVAL

You may enter the Performing Arts Center two hours before the starting time of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA.

If you arrive late and you will be held out, you can watch the performance from the PAC’s TV monitors located on all three levels of Chapman Music Hall. Holdouts may be only a few minutes until there is a break in the action. However, the presenting organization may ask that patrons be held out until intermission. If you must leave once inside the theater, you may not be allowed to re-enter until intermission. Please retain your ticket stub in case you are asked to show it when re-entering the theater.
