GROUP SALES BENEFITS & POLICIES

PRIORITY SEATING - Groups have the exclusive privilege of reserving tickets before they go on sale to the general public allowing PRIORITY SEATING after our subscribers.  Groups should order early for best available seating.

PAYMENT - A deposit is not required to hold tickets.  Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the performance date.  Payment may be made by cash, check or money order.  Please submit one form of payment (made payable to Celebrity Attractions): multiple checks will not be accepted.  Please note that purchase orders are not a recognized form of payment.  If payment is not received by the due date, tickets will be released for public sale.  Orders received within 2 weeks of the performance date will be placed once the full payment has been received.

FLEXIBILITY - Group leaders may change the number of tickets reserved or adjust their group size without penalty prior to making full payment.  The minimum group number must be maintained in order to receive discounted tickets.

DISCOUNTS - Discounts of up to 20% for most performances are available depending upon your group size, day of show and type of group.  Discounts may vary per performance.  A minimum group of twenty or more is required.  To qualify, all twenty seats must be for the same performance in the same price category.

ADVANCE NOTICE - Group leaders receive advance notice of future shows and events by mail, fax and e-mail when available.

PROMOTIONAL & EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL - We will help you promote your event and make it a success by providing show information and publicity materials upon request.  Student groups are provided educational materials for select Broadway shows.

All orders are subject to availability.  For Broadway shows, our policy is to place season ticket holders first, then groups on a first call basis.  Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  Shows, dates, times, prices and actors are subject to change.  A $1 handling fee will be added to each group ticket.
